HOW IT ALL BEGAN


Founder, Dan Bilek, began his journey as a teenage foodie (aka food lover) in Connecticut. 

He started as a trainee progressing to Asst. Manager in a popular pizza chain.  He loved to experiment with different spice combinations and toppings to create customized flavor for customers.

He moved on to become a cook for a well-known “hot spot” restaurant in Greenwich, CT.  It was during that time that he purchased his first 3 habanero plants – producing about 40 peppers.  When contemplating what to do with this mini harvest – a friend suggested he try making a hot sauce.  He created his first batch that Summer to the delight of friends, family and colleagues.

Years later, after moving to Florida, Dan planted a multi-season garden that included habaneros.  He returned to his popular sauce recipe and donated all bottle proceeds to a local food bank for the holidays.  Word of mouth spread and requests began to pour in … Dan’s official business was born.

This Sauce is Amazing launched in 2021 – an FDA approved vegan, gluten-free product made entirely from freshly grown habaneros in the USA’s sunshine state.

Garlic sauce on garlic bread

I wish you could taste this Garlic Bread topped with the Original Garlic Habanero sauce. I felt obligated to write a review .. my taste buds are still enjoying the pop.

Not too much of anything just right
I’ve tried all flavors including the bbq sauce , what can I say try it yourself.

It’s a hit

This sauce is amazing knowing who makes it is even more amazing. The flavors I’ve opened so far peach, garlic, and mango are awesome, also just put bbq mild on my smoked pork added to the great flavor. Absolutely meets this inspectors approval.

There are hot sauces and then there are these hot sauces. A lot of hot sauces out there try to burn your taste buds off and claim, there is a great flavor with it.
Those are the best hot sauces I have found that have that solid heat without killing your taste buds and are FULL of flavor. You taste the apple, peach, garlic, mango and pineapple.
I mixed a little melted butter with each flavor and sampled them on some wings. OMG !!
You have to give them a try.

The best sauce!

This sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and heat! I love it in and on everything! Sure you got crystal, or Texas Pete, but this sauce is amazing, literally is amazing. If your looking for something new something that pops, this is the sauce you need!
